CHECK TEMPERATURES IN THE MORNING AFTERNOON, EVENING AND THROUGH OUT THE DAY TO MAKE SURE COOLERS ARE HOLDING FOOD AT PROPER TEMPERATURES. THIS FACILITY MAY CONTINUE OPERATING BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE KCHD.

Turkey on interior of meat cooler was at 49F. Chef turned cooler down. 3. Roast beef was found at 52F. Chef threw roast beef away.
